遊戲對台灣用戶很重要，整體良好的遊戲體驗也可以讓用戶受益。五分之三的台灣電信業者在Opensignal新<a href=https://www.opensignal.com/2019/01/03/understanding-mobile-network-experience-what-do-opensignals-metrics-mean target=_blank>遊戲體驗獎</a>中獲得了“良好評級”，”該獎項衡量了行動用戶在電信業者網路上即時多人連線對戰手機遊戲的體驗。台灣大哥大、中華電信（CHT）和遠傳（FET）均取得了75分及以上的成績（<a href=https://www.opensignal.com/2019/01/03/understanding-mobile-network-experience-what-do-opensignals-metrics-mean target=_blank>評分範圍0-100分</a>),但台灣大哥大以80.5分的成績領先，成為Opensignal遊戲體驗獎的得主。“良好評級”意味著遊戲互動整體可控，用戶在遊戲中的操控可以得到即時響應。.
Mobile Experience during the COVID-19 pandemic: 4G Download Speed
Globally, operators report mobile data use is increasing dramatically but Opensignal’s analytics demonstrate that despite these challenges the mobile experience is holding up well. Opensignal has seen only relatively small changes in users’ 4G Download Speeds in some countries, and none at all in other countries.
