The rural-urban mobile experience gap varies significantly between Brazilian states
There are also staggering differences in rural-urban gaps between Brazilian states, with some states’ rural areas seeing more than 30% slower average download speeds or five to seven times more time spent with no signal than in the cities and towns.
Canada’s Indigenous Areas observe a significant uplift in mobile experience with 5G
Indigenous Areas spend more time connected to an active 5G signal compared to the national average. With 5G, users in these areas observe a significant uplift in their mobile speeds, video streaming and multiplayer gaming experience compared to the overall experience, higher than that seen nationally. Additionally, 5G has also helped reduce some of the disparities between the experience of users in these areas and the national average.
In some Southeast Asian markets, more than one in five of smartphone users connect to the Internet only on mobile networks
