In the third 5G Global Mobile Network Experience Awards report, Opensignal once again compares operators from around the world to recognize those on which our users had the best 5G experience.

While last time csl tied with 3 as a joint winner, now csl wins the award outright and 3 has to accept a second place with a score of 71.7 and in a tie with CMHK.
Across these 15 countries analyzed, users see 5G download speeds that are 5 to 6 times faster than 4G. In every country 5G is much faster than 4G.
For the very first time Opensignal is providing a comprehensive comparison of mobile network experience globally at the operator-level across five key measures of mobile network experience.
The experience that SmarTone users enjoyed when playing multiplayer mobile games was Good with a score of 76.3 on a 0-100 scale.
Globally, operators report mobile data use is increasing dramatically but Opensignal’s analytics demonstrate that despite these challenges the mobile experience is holding up well. Opensignal has seen only relatively small changes in users’ 4G Download Speeds in some countries, and none at all in other countries.
In one year mobile Video Experience has significantly improved in 59% of 100 countries analyzed. But the U.S. is lagging behind on mobile video as carriers face a spectrum crunch.
