Telus remains the operator to beat when it comes to mobile experience in Canada. Telus successfully defends four awards and two joint wins. For this report, we include the overall experience for all smartphone users, but we also publish supporting metrics for 5G users' experience.
Our latest analysis shows that one operator has emerged as the early market leader. Rogers has pulled ahead of the pack in the 5G race and wins four out of seven 5G awards outright.

Opensignal's latest analysis shows that users' mobile experience in Canada varies greatly depending on proximity to urban areas demonstrating that a clear divide continues to exist between the urban and rural mobile network experience.
