Prior to co-founding Opensignal in 2010, Brendan spent over 10 years building solutions to help people understand and improve mobile service and experience. In 2007, he was part of the team that launched RepeaterStore, which provides signal boosting solutions to improve wireless cell and data reception in buildings, homes and vehicles. Brendan was named in the Telecoms Business Power100 in 2017. He holds a Physics degree from Oxford University.

Andy leads the telecoms industry side of the business with responsibility for sales, marketing and product development. Under his leadership, Opensignal’s business with mobile operators and technology vendors has expanded across six continents. With over 25 years of telecoms industry experience, he has held senior commercial positions with several high-growth companies, most recently leading Global Sales & Marketing at Arieso (now Viavi Solutions).
Chief Financial Officer
Patrick leads Opensignal's finance, legal and administration functions, and works with the leadership team to plan and execute the company’s commercial growth strategy. With more than 20 years of corporate financial experience, he has held multiple executive positions, including COO, Digital for the Telegraph Media Group and CFO for the Diffusion Media Group.
Shirin has over 20 years' experience in the telecoms industry and was the founder and CEO of Arieso, a leader in network geolocation solutions which was acquired by JDSU for $85m. Shirin has won numerous prestigious industry awards, including Blackberry’s Top Woman in Technology, Best Woman in Mobile, Business Woman of the Year 2013, and European Entrepreneur of the Year 2013.
Sam has over 10 years of experience working within telecoms, including co-founding RepeaterStore, a mobile signal solutions provider improving signal in homes and offices. At Opensignal, Sam has led the creation of the company’s suite of enterprise products and built an innovative high-concurrency architecture, capable of handling large quantities of data. Sam is an Opensignal co-founder and holds a Physics degree from Oxford University.
VP Research and Innovation
As the leader of Opensignal’s mobile engineering team, James has led the development and adoption of multiple Opensignal mobile apps, which have been downloaded on over 20 million consumer devices (and counting) around the world. He also focuses on pioneering next generation technologies to fuel company growth. James is an Opensignal co-founder and holds a Physics & Philosophy degree from Oxford University.
SVP Products and Solutions
With over 20 years of experience working with telecoms customers around the globe, most recently at Arieso (now Viavi Solutions), Iain has considerable knowledge of mobile operators and the wireless industry. He oversees all aspects of technical product delivery to Opensignal’s global operator customers, including product support, solution delivery and service delivery.

Melissa has over 20 years of technology marketing experience working for high-growth companies and at global tech PR consultancies. As the leader of the global marketing team, she oversees branding, sales enablement, product marketing, strategic partnerships, brand endorsements and PR, including the weekly publication of Opensignal’s industry-leading State of Mobile Network Reports.
At Opensignal, Ian leads a team developing new insights and analysis using Opensignal’s mobile analytics data combined with his end-to-end mobile telecom market expertise. Before Opensignal, he created product strategy and market analysis reports at Forrester, IHS Markit and Jupiter Research following product and marketing roles at Three, Cable & Wireless and Psion. He is an energetic speaker, regularly quoted in media e.g. CNBC, Financial Times, BBC, AP and Reuters.

With over 15 years of experience building and managing cross-functional teams in high-growth organizations, Greg heads the business development team of the Americas. Prior to joining Opensignal, he has led a variety of customer-focused teams at a number of high-performing telecommunications businesses including Clarent and Arieso (now Viavi Solutions).

Based in Singapore, Rob leads Opensignal’s business development team in Asia-Pacific. Rob has over 15 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams in the mobile telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Opensignal in 2017, Rob has managed regional sales in APAC and EMEA for fast growing software businesses including Arieso (now Viavi Solutions), Vantrix and Bytemobile (now Citrix).

Stefan heads Opensignal’s business development for Europe, Middle East, India and Africa. With more than 20 years’ experience in the telecom industry, he has worked with established names like Alcatel (now Nokia), JDSU (now Viavi Solutions) and has helped grow start-up companies including Clarent, Vocabase and Arieso. Stefan holds an MSc degree in electronics and telecoms from the KU Leuven.

Wolfgang heads Opensignal’s Business Solutions team bringing a unique blend of business and leadership experience within the telecommunications industry. With 20+ years’ experience in the field, he has built a strong track record at leveraging the intersections of strategic thought leadership, analytics and big data to uncover optimization potential and growth opportunities. Prior to joining Opensignal, he most recently held the position of VP, Technology - Coverage Strategy & Network Experience at T-Mobile USA.

Jason provides combined tech and investment professionalism, concentrating on AR/VR, Mobility, AI and IoT, as Managing Director for Qualcomm Ventures, Europe. Beforehand Jason focused on internet technology investments while Investment Director at London Seed Capital.

Mark is a Partner at OATV (O’Reilly AlphaTech Ventures), the VC fund he co-founded with Tim O’Reilly, based in San Francisco. Prior to OATV, Mark was an Executive VP at O’Reilly Media and holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.

Seamus is an experienced mobile entrepreneur with over 20 years experience building companies that leverage mobile data and analytics. He was founder and CEO of M:Metrics (acquired by Comscore) and recently founded MetaResolver and Datasnap.io.
Gary brings over 25 years experience in the mobile industry, providing network quality insights to mobile operators. He held senior positions at Telephia, Nielsen and most recently Director of Mobile Research for ITG.
Isaac is a serial entrepreneur, executive, and advisor in the mobile space and currently CEO and Founder of Handmade Ventures. Isaac has held senior leadership positions at Millenial Media, Qualcomm and Macromedia.
Founder and COO of Divide which was acquired by Google and now forms part of Android for Work. Now a PM on Android Wear, Alex was previously a VP at Morgan Stanley for 11 years.
Sina is a co-founder of OpenSignal and currently CEO of RSRF, an in-building wireless solutions provider headquartered in California. He is also a technology policy advocate and a Technology Fellow at the Electronic Frontier Foundation.
