Privacy requests and complaints
This page explains how to contact us about your data rights or raise a complaint about how Opensignal has handled personal data.
Types of requests

To opt out of data collection
You do not need to contact us to opt out. Go to the Settings menu of the Opensignal app, or any other app where you have previously enabled data sharing and disable data sharing options.

Please describe your concern as clearly as possible. We will acknowledge your message and confirm next steps.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your message within 3 working days.
- We respond within one calendar month.
- We confirm the outcome, including any action taken and your right to escalate if you remain dissatisfied.

If you are based in the UK and remain dissatisfied after receiving our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, by telephone on 0303 123 1113, or by post to: ICO, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, SK9 5AF.
If you are based outside the UK, you may contact your local data protection authority.
