Feel free to use AI to help check your grammar, polish the flow of your resume, or improve the structure of your cover letter.

We encourage using AI as a mock-interview partner or to help organize your talking points and examples prior to your scheduled interview.

Use AI to help synthesize information about our industry, products, or company mission to help you prepare thoughtful questions for our team.

AI Use We Prohibit

AI should not be used to exaggerate your experience, fabricate skills, or generate content that does not accurately reflect your actual work history in your resume or cover letter.

The use of AI "interview copilots," real-time transcription generators for answers, or any AI-assisted prompting during a live interview.
At Opensignal we do not use automated AI tools to filter resumes or rank applicants. Your qualifications are evaluated personally by our recruitment team and hiring managers.

To enhance the interview experience, we utilize AI-assisted note-taking. This allows our interviewers to focus on meaningful dialogue and active listening, ensuring you have our full attention throughout the interview.
