Andrey Popov is a Principal Analyst at Opensignal, where he leads industry thought-leadership initiatives, and authors influential reports on global mobile and fixed broadband user experience.

He drives research into new applications of crowdsourced data, most recently advancing understanding of fixed wireless access (FWA) broadband and the role of the in-home gateway ecosystem in shaping broadband user experience. 

Previously, Andrey worked on the development of broadband infrastructure intelligence at GSMA – the global mobile operator association.

He holds a BSc from Bayes Business School, University of London.
