SoftBankが前回レポートの79.1 (100点満点中) から上がって80ポイントのスコアで受賞しましたが、楽天とNTTドコモの両方のユーザー・エクスペリエンスが大幅に向上しました。今回楽天ユーザーはビデオ・エクスペリエンスが64.9ポイントから68.7に、NTTドコモが77.2ポイントから78.8に向上しました。オペレーター大手3社 (au、NTTドコモ、SoftBank) では、いずれも「優秀」と評価されるエクスペリエンスをユーザーが享受し、その一方で楽天は「非常によい」の評価となっています。.
