We are pleased to introduce Matthew Harrison-Harvey as our interim Vice President of Government and External Affairs.

Later this month, Ceri Howes, Vice President of Government and External Affairs at Opensignal, will be commencing her maternity leave. Over the past four years, she has played a pivotal role in building our Government program, working closely with regulators, global institutions, and industry to meaningfully improve the state of connectivity around the world. We want to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to Ceri for her exceptional contributions to the company and extend our warmest wishes to her and her family. During Ceri’s leave, Matthew will be stepping in to fill her role.

Matthew is an external affairs, policy, and regulatory leader with 25 years of experience in telecoms, fintech, and technology sectors, primarily with Vodafone Group and currently through his consultancy, hhelpful. His career has spanned the globe, with significant experience in Africa, the Middle East, and India. This international exposure has provided him with deep insights and strong connections, enabling him to effectively navigate complex geopolitical environments and deliver results through partnerships across both the public and private sectors.

We look forward to Matthew's contribution, building on the excellent foundation laid by Ceri and Opensignal's government and external affairs program. They will further Opensignal's vision of a world where everyone thrives through ever improving connectivity.

Welcome aboard Matthew!
